Cleanliness : as clean as Traders Hotel and Grand Hyatt Hotel
Staff : okay (not as good as Grand Hyatt Hotel)
Breakfast : okay (I personally think Sunway Hotel and PJ Hilton are still the best)
Room : awesome
Location : okay (during public holiday such as Hari Raya)
Recommendation? : A MUST
